Memorial weekend trip to St. George

We love going to St. George over Memorial weekend ... the weather is just starting to get hot (but it's not usually 100 degrees yet), it feels like summer is officially here, and we usually get to go with Grandma, Grandpa, and the Mounteers, which makes a good trip even better.

We packed so many fun things in to those three days, we came home totally worn out, but with lots of fun memories.

My mistake.  Grandpa wasn't watching the baseball game. He was swinging a golf club. (As usual.)

Of course there was swimming:

And a bonus ... Emery turned 14 while we were there.  Nice three-day-long party, birthday boy.

Emery is 14.  Fourteen.



Happy Birthday, Em.  I love you tons. 

I can't wait to see what 14 brings.  I'm sure it'll be good.

Ben and I took Emery and Sam to the U2 concert last Tuesday.  Loved it.

It's Jimmy's birthday today.  Two things ...

I guess none of this should surprise me given the fact that two years ago Emery put together a "dog parade" for Jimmy's birthday.  He posted flyers:

Somewhat ridiculous.  Highly entertaining.

Preston and Kambria

Congratulations to Preston and Kambria ... married May 7, 2011.

So nice to have another "girl" Thomas ... we are so out-numbered by all those Thomas boys!
